I paid for a song called Angle by DMX off And There Was X album. When I downloaded the song it plays Don't Wanna Fall in Love ( a tribute to Jane Child) by America Tribute Standards. SECURUS Technology is refusing to refund my money because I'm still listening to my other music that I already paid for. Kaitlin from Securus is Saying " we're unable to refund he following song Angle since we can clearly see that you have been listening to your music". I have asked twice for the correct song but she tells me the same message back Regarding Tarvares Watson J26050. Inmate at Florida Department of Corrections Resolution Sought I would rather have the correct song that I paid for. If that's not possible I would like a refund.

On 11/9/23 I added $10 to my boyfriends Securus debit account. This was my first time doing that & didn't know it wasn't what was needed for him to make calls. He did not use it nor was the $10 added to his phone account. I've made numerous attempts to make contact by email and I also called which I was told the $ would be back in my account in 10 to 12 business days. That was in November & still not refund. Resolution Sought I would like my $10 back. It wasn't used and it's absurd that they think they can just keep my $10.
