This company is the worst I've ever experienced. After being burglarized due to the negligence of the property manager only to bring victimized again with the unprofessional practices Sedgwick employs to avoid paying a claim. I was lied to about my claim being complete only to have 2 months later being bombarded with requests for more proof of ownership. At the time Sedgwick made these unreasonable requests I was out of state tending to my dying mother. The day my mother died I was required to under go a 4 hour recorded phone interview with these people. THEY ARE DISGUSTING Resolution Sought Pay my claim

This company s*cks. Im on workmans comp and they pay you when they feel like it. This is not the 1st time they messed with my money. People have bills and what i get barely pay them. This is the 2nd wekk with no pay. I have direct deposit but they sent me a check its been 12 days and havnt gotten it. And the get mad that im mad and expressing my feelings. I bet if someone didnt pay them they would feel the same damn way. I see the bills they get from physical therapy and all. And its more then im getting paid. I dont know what to do. Resolution Sought Just pay me every week on time. And pay all the mental anguish i go threw. And late payments my milage and the pain and suffering im going threw.
