My adjuster keeps on screwing me over whenever she finds it convenient and I get behind on my bills and I usually have to pay late fees and they don't care they keep doing it , my adjusters name is Danielle Getz and I communicate with her and send her emails and she replies whenever she feels like it when she's supposed to reply with in 24 hours and she doesn't and I kept asking her about my payment that I was supposed to get yesterday and she said that something happened with the system and it got delayed so now I'm not getting my check until next week on Tuesday and it's not fair . What she said is a lie because two other individuals that I know have her as their adjuster as well and they got their check even two days earlier and this is not the first time she has done that this is the third time and I have to pay late fees out of pocket because she does not care what I have to deal with so I would I appreciate it if you guys can help me address this because I can never get a hold of her or her manager they always send me to voice mail . It's so frustrating not being able to do anything about it and it's not fair , it's my money , my bills that they re playing with and I'm not going to sit here and just accept that treatment Resolution Sought I would like to get my payments two days earlier like I was supposed but she keeps beating around the bush making up excuses as of why she sends my payments late so if I can get some type of compensation for this because it's just not fair I have already paid 400 in late fees for all the three times she has done this to me . K. Roan is not doing her job in a timely manner. Does never answer her phone or reply to her e-mails . I had to wait 3 weeks to get authorization from her for an x-ray and now going on 2 weeks for authorization to go to bone and joint for an evaluation. Resolution Sought I would like to see Sedgwick company hire dependable people that will take care or people with work injuries immediately and not 3 month later.
