Sedgwick CMS unresponsive about claim enquiry

My car was hit by a driver driving an AVIS rental car. He reported the accident to AVIS over phone and AVIS gave him a claim number. Insurance of AVIS cars is handles by Sedgwick CMS. My insurance company has tried to reach Sedgwick CMS several times over email and phone. I myself have tried to call their 800 number (800-551-5998) as well as the AVIS customer helpline number (who sent me to their 800 number). I was put on hold for about an hour and after that I disconnected. There seems no way to contact Sedgwick CMS to settle claim.
