In March I entered into a contract with Seedfi that included a $2,000 savings account and a loan. Upon completion of the payments toward the loan and savings account I was to receive my savings account in total. Recently about three weeks ago I received an email from Seedfi saying they had zeroed out my savings account. Seedfi then gave me information about a collection agency named SST that would be collecting the entire $3497.20 which includes the $2,000 savings account from me. There was no explanation as to why my savings account was now zeroed out. I object to this and consider it fraud against my finances. There must be another way to get my savings account credited against a smaller loan combined with it. Resolution Sought I would like to deduct the $2,000 savings account from the total as I don't trust Seedfi with my payments anymore. Something should be done about potential fraud and collection agencies that aren't even aware of what is involved in their collections.
