There is a place called face of Mercy it is a sister living the owner her name is Linda Boone she has a landline phone but when someone calls from that phone it says private number. She will not give the phone number out to the residents family members. When I left there I asked her if my mother could have the phone number because she's elderly and she told me no. I know that by law the residents should have that phone number to the landline to get to their families in case of emergency could you please help me? Resolution Sought My outcome is that I want the residents to be able to give their family members that phone number.
