Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. Seek Capital was supposed to work to get me credit in return for a series of fees which I agreed to pay. They did not work for me at all; they sent my info to a bunch of banks and was able to get me $14,500 in credit cards. I did not need credit cards, I needed cash. They said they would help me convert the cards to cash which they did not. Also, they said they would work to get me more credit. Some banks did not approve credit for me, and Seek was supposed to work to get me approved. They did not; they would connect me to the banks and I would "work" myself to get approved. This is not what I agreed to. I already paid them $2000 although they haven't done any more "work " for me at all, and they are trying to get another $2300 from me! Resolution Sought I would like them to actually work to get me credit as they said they would, or refund my money.
