To whom it may concern, I am submitting this letter as a formal consumer complaint against Seel (Worry-Free Purchase®) due to improper handling of my claim, repeated technical failures, and the unjustified closure of my case. I filed a claim with Seel regarding a product issue, which was accepted and assigned an official case number. Seel informed me that there were multiple resolution options available, including Option B: a 50 refund while keeping the product. From the beginning, I clearly and consistently expressed my intent to proceed with Option B. However, when attempting to select this option through the Seel Resolution Center, the platform repeatedly failed. The system did not allow me to select any option, confirm a choice, or move forward in the process. These technical failures occurred multiple times and made it impossible for me to complete the required steps. Due to these issues, I contacted Seel directly by email. During these communications, Seel explicitly assured me in writing that my case would NOT be closed and that it would instead be resolved manually, acknowledging that the problem was caused by their platform and not by any inaction on my part. Despite these assurances, Seel unilaterally closed my case without resolution, directly contradicting what had been promised. This closure occurred without my consent, without providing the agreed compensation, and despite clear evidence that the delays and inability to procee Resolution Sought Resolve and update my case manually so that I can get my refund
