I don't even have an acct with this company nor have I ever spoke to them. We happily have farmers insurance. Yet somehow they got my information and stole 180.00 from my bank account today. I had to file an investigation with my bank and cancel my card. Do not trust this person. Resolution Sought Money back immediately.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. While it is always disappointing to learn that we have fallen short in meeting our customer’s expectations, the information and feedback are critical to us in achieving our long-standing commitment to our customers. A refund for the amount of $200 was approved since 3/22/2023. However, the insured disputed the charge even when the insured was aware of the refund. As agency we requested funds back since the insured received our money $200 and he also disputed with his bank when we already refunded that money. If customer needs to review this he can call our Escalation line to 1-800-960-0036 from MON-FRI 8:00 AM-5:30 PM PST.

We were NEVER insured through you. We don't live near southern California and have always had farmers insurance, which we can prove we have had. We have never even spoken to your company so the entire conversation of "us being insured" "we were aware of 200 being sent back" none of that happened. We haven't ever spoke to you. We did red flag your company with our bank AFTER your "company" pulled money out of our acct and we arent even sure how you got our bank number! That is stealing. I can prove neither my husband or I have ever spoken to you, yet you guys are comfterble taking money out of our bank acct. I can also prove the withdraw that our bank ALLOWED you to take out, which is why I called them because I have farmers and no other insurance, yet had a charge from southern California. You already took the money out of our account our bank didn't stop you. Now you're trying to take our money again because I reported you. Please no one ever go with this company!

We are very sorry for this situation and, as we mentioned, we tried to help the insured and we verbally advised of the refund. However the insured decided to dispute it even though the agency returned the money. At this point the insured besides receiving the refund from our part also disputed with his bank. There is no other refund we can provide. If customer needs to review this he can call our Escalation line to 1-800-960-0036 from MON-FRI 8:00 AM-5:30 PM PST.
