I purchased an after market warranty month to month plan with SELECT AUTO PROTECT, GOLD PLAN, some time in April of this year , policy states after one month and 750 miles additional you can file a claim for service , had a positive feeling about this purchase due to great salesmanship by a Mr. Cook shortly after driving back from vacation and in full compliance with the policy I noticed oil in my driveway not a lot just enough to be concerned happily I called Mr. Cook to start a claim in which he replied find a certified shop to service your vehicle. Well that's when the nightmares' started after back and forth txt and phone calls also closings due to holidays of the two businesses and an unsigned policy and just about a week of nothing I called c/s of the warranty co. I was told there was not a claim submitted. This entire experience was unexpected expensive for the shop booted my vehicle for non communication make that 0 communication. I sincerely feel prayed upon by this unscrupulous Company. Resolution Sought Full refund and better governance by the state.
