The company refuse to cancel my warranty. It was auto deducted. In Gebruray the request was made to cancel. Female representative assured me she would take care of the problem. That didn't happen. I've called and emailed 2times since February making the same request to cancel. Their delay is costing me $40 a month. I am asking for reimbursement of $120.00 ($40x3 months since the request was initially made). Than you Resolution Sought Reimburse my money

I have a warranty with select home warranty. I call for my basement sink was stopped up. The plumbers told me that it was beyond a regular scope, and they would have to be Hydro jet cleaned out.. they informed me that select warranty did not cover it which meant I had to pay out of my pocket. Each time I call the cars overseas I could not get a clear understanding of exactly what was covered and what was not.. at any rate, I told him that if I had to pay out of my pocket, there was no need of me keeping the warranty with them. They didn't inform me that if I canceled out at this time, they would not cover the service charge if they had just did I had already paid for this month and in good standing so I don't know why they would say they would not pay if I cancel out. like I said, each time I called the call with overseas I could not get a good understanding of exactly what they meant. I live in America not in Indonesia somewhere and I feel as though in order for my satisfaction, I should be able to talk to someone who can speak clear English that's not. My main problem I don't understand. Why if I cancel out that they will not pay the claim there was already put in and I pay the service charge for it. They said my problem was due to a maintenance problem. I have lived here since 1981 therefore some Stop it would be expected. Resolution Sought I would like them to return the service fee that I paid of $75 also to pay the claim that has already been submitted to them
