Select Home Warranty is a complete disappointment. They declined every claim I filed, refusing to cover anything that should have been included. Their so-called "coverage" is misleading—no matter what the issue is, they always find a way to deny it. It's clear they care more about collecting premiums than actually providing any real service. The customer support was frustrating to deal with and offered no real help. Save yourself the hassle and money—do not deal with Select Home Warranty. They don't honor their agreements and will leave you with zero coverage when you need it most.

I have been trying to get my washer fixed since the beginning of December they said it wad a 1997. Told them no. Then they said a 2001. I contacted Maytag and the confirmed it's a 3021! Supervisor to call me each day for 3 days. No supervisor available. No return calls or resolution. You can't understand them adv Englush is not their language bacteria Almost a month no resolution not one call from supervisor. I highly reoyou go to another company I have spent over 22 hours documented and not one return call or resolution I run an Escrow Company band will never ever recommend them. You get what you pay for and I will not use them in the future. Not the way I tun my company or I would be out of business. Go elsewhere
