Complete waste of money. Several claims made over the years, and everyone was originally denied, no valid reason given. After several rounds of telephone call and e-mails, each time they backed down and covered the issue. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Select Home Warranty is a complete disappointment. They declined every claim I filed, refusing to cover anything that should have been included. Their so-called "coverage" is misleading—no matter what the issue is, they always find a way to deny it. It's clear they care more about collecting premiums than actually providing any real service. The customer support was frustrating to deal with and offered no real help. Save yourself the hassle and money—do not deal with Select Home Warranty. They don't honor their agreements and will leave you with zero coverage when you need it most.
