This is what is going on I am having problems with the mortgage company. Five months ago I inform the mortgage payment situation I am retired I example to them I can send them 1,412 I asked them to work with me concerned the payements but they refuse they send me documents I filed out the document but they kept on sending me the same documents over and over I told them I what I can afford but still they refuse to lower the payment. Resolution Sought I have a situation with my mortgage company concerned mortgage payment I been going back and forth without any results U am running out of options

In response to the situation it's not resolved SPS kept sending me the same documents which I already submitted so many times. In the documents they want me to send them copies of bank statements and also send them copies of letter from public aid I sent them all I have .Those people are lying I did my part all I asked for them to adjust the payment they refused to do that please understand this problem is very frustrated because I'm going back and forth with them . I received a letter asking for the same documents which I submitted too many times if you would like a copy of the letter I will send to you to proof the problem is not solved. Thank you

I really don't know where to begin, all I do know, I feel that my Mortgage is trying to take my house, and I don't have know where to go. I never have missed a payment on my mortgage payment. My taxes have went up and not only that my mortgage were paying extras taxes on my mortgage, since 2014, and I found out just a few month ago. My question to my mortgage company, why would you pay for my sewer and water bill which is not part Taxes. That taxes is about$1.800 every year pluses my city taxes and the Fulton county taxes. I'm on a fix income and they increase my to approximately to $998.00 a month, which would take my income. Then I apply for a loan modification and learn just now, that I were denied for that just today, 12/07/23@5pm today. Resolution Sought Please help me with this issue or direct me to a legal firm that can help me. Thank you!
