I am looking to file a complaint against the mortgage company Select Portfolio Servicing (SPS) While attempting to make March 2026 Mortgage Payment I was denied and told the property was in foreclosure status and had been for about a week, Again I was never notified by phone or mail just when I attempted to pay March payment, I then got in touch with my banking institution and got all payments made to SPS from 2024-2026 just to see that I was ahead in payments and have overpaid significantly Resolution Sought I would like SPS to make things right and stop foreclosure on this property

I keep asking for what payments I am missing, they tell me if I don't pay they will send me to collections and I would have to pay attorney fees, but I have been paying, I have never been behind on my payments. The mortgage company keeps selling my loan, and then they state I am behind on payments. I make my payment every month, my payment is $745.51 montly (I send my check on the 25th of every month so it will be there by the 1st) but they want to collect $1491.02, and they are wanting to collect that plus a late fee of $54.99, for a total of $1555.95. I have records of all my payments, I should not have a late payment. They are stating I have missing payments, but I have records of my payments. SPS account number 0031880073 Property address 28480 Larchmont Lane Lake Arrowhead 92352 Resolution Sought To know what payments I am missing
