On February 19, 2024, I signed up with Self Visa online with a deposit of $25. Made my monthly payments on time and look like things were going great. I qualified for a $150 credit increase February 13, 2025, I was so excited. But things started making me rethink in March 2025 because every time I tried to use my card it would send a fraud alert. I could call and they would unlock it. 3 months went by and I didn't used the card! Looked at my online account it said a new card has been reissued (due to change of banks from south state Bank to Lead Bank) and it said it in my email as well. Weeks went by I never received the new card. July 8, 2025, I called them at 10:30 am CST at 877-883-0999, recording saying that my card was on hold for fraud (but I didn't used it in 3 months). It also stated that my phone number wasn't recognized! I hit 0 to speak to a Representative, he bad English, stated that my card ending in 0199 wasn't on file so he couldn't help me. I hung up angry. I Called back 30 minutes later, representative, she had bad English. She informed me that my card ending in 0199 wasn't on hold. She told me to email [email protected] because she couldn't help me any further. In the meantime, I made my last payment of $17.10 today leaving my Available Credit at $183.90. I finally emailed them at [email protected]. Stating I wanted to cancel my card ASAP and the email came back to me saying "Failure Notice, message couldn't be delivered ". I want justice!! $600 Resolution Sought Full refund of $183.90 plus $400 (suffering)
