Back in 2018 I purchased a storage unit from here and still have it until this day. At the time it was called extra space and not storage plus like today. A man who happens to be the property manager show me the unit he was also hitting on me the whole time and I felt very uncomfortable. This property manager also know my older brother as well. Because I (another man) did not like him back, he's steadily but slowly been increasing my rates. I complained to management then it stops but then the rate increase keeps happening with no email or invoice. Avoid this facility, the oxen hill one on southern ave. I'm still trying to reach corporate. Resolution Sought Billing adjustment
