I sent my unused unopened formula last week and received confirmation that it was received. since receiving the products they claim to release funds within 48 hours which has yet to happen. i reached out multiple times and received a generic email stating it will be looked into, but then they stopped responding completely. As of right now, they have over 500 dollars worth of cans of Similac Alimentum hypoallergenic that my child couldn't use and i choose this company thinking they were legit but I'm pretty sure its a scam based on my lack of being able to speak with someone. I have ups confirmation that the products were received however no funds have been issued within 48 hours like their website stated. i emailed them directly and got a generic email back from "Emma" saying the same thing "ill look into this". I also submitted a form from the website asking for assistance and as of Friday evening, no response. i have been trying to contact someone since Tuesday. I'm confident this is a huge scam and i hope to stop any more people from being taken advantage of and thinking this company was legitimate. Based on the lack of response, i truly believe this is a scam against new mothers and i hope to protect someone for making the same mistake i did. Resolution Sought I would like my money promised or my products shipped back to me. Its a shame because i had a lot of moms who could use this service had it been legit not to mention i had more formula. They could have at least responded. I was waiting on that money to use it to buy the correct formula needed.
