I paid for services to have my taxes done for the past 5 years. Communication has been AWFUL! The ball was dropped many times. One period I was neglected for months! Now I was promised returns in the mail over 6 weeks ago and have nothing. Unprofessional is an understatement. I'm livid. They have 5 stars on yelp but I believe they delete the bad reviews. This is the worst experience I've had with a business in some time. I have nothing good to say. I want my money back. Nothings done as far as I'm concerned. I asked for a call 2/9, and I'm still waiting. You don't treat people like this. Resolution Sought I want my money back and to be able to go elsewhere. I'm disgusted.
