What I ordered since not what I received it wasn't worth the money I paid plus the delivery was 3 days late I did get a full refund but it took 4 phone calls and alot of trouble Resolution Sought They need to be shut down so no one else will have this headache

I ordered flowers for my sweetheart on Valentine's Day. I selected a same day delivery item and placed the order before 10AM. The item was guaranteed to be delivered by 5PM that day. The following morning it had not come. I called and was again told it would be there by 5PM, a full day late. It never came. At 4:33 today I received and email saying it will not be delivered today, a full day late. In stead they again pushed it out one day saying they will try for tomorrow. 3 days to deliver Valentine's Day flowers is beyond unacceptable. This is a dishonest organization that I made the mistake of dealing with. Resolution Sought I want a full refund. And in my opinion, I should also get a free bouquet of roses for my mental anguish and embarrassment of not having flowers for her on Valentine's Day.
