Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I went to senior family services in Washington Indiana and filed my taxes for this year 2023 and they gave me back a paper saying that they e filed it and I do have proof of this and I did my taxes befor the April deadline and I have been calling them and calling them they haven't called me back or help me out in anyway Resolution Sought I would like to get my tax check and where it's at why they haven't help me or why they haven't called me back or anything I want my tax check I have been waiting for nonths for months
