Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. I was booked by the freight broker to do a delivery. The freight broker has never paid. I have text message, conversations and conversations to text through an app with the company showing that I was never paid and now the customer service support just ignores my text altogether so my next step is to contact the federal motor carriers, safety administration. Also the DOT and possibly see Retribution in court . The delivery was from Orange County California, San Francisco, California. The text messages reflect that I was ordered to make the delivery and once I got to the destination I was told that the delivery had been canceled which was over a 400 miles from Sacramento to the city of Orange after contacting the company, they expressed they would compensate me for the delivery, however I haven't received any. Don't get response to my text messages and I don't get response to my emails and so this is my only option. Resolution Sought I'd like to be paid for the delivery and I'd also like for them to be stopped from doing this to other drivers. we are overhead is our equipment and our fuel and our time and so I was cheated out of five hours and $1000 and the company if they don't have to respond to me at all
