I placed an order for shape wear via the ShopPay app on 21 July 2023 (order no. 702667). It was promised in 4-9 days. I've not received anything. There have been no updates, no shipping details. I've used both their platform to make inquiries as well as the email address provided and have gotten no response. When you call the customer service number (678.325.1212) there is no answer and the mailbox is full. The other number is for medic alert. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund.
