Sentra Financials complaints

I received a call from Sentra Financials in April 2022 from Mr Usoro Silve about a loan. I was going to do a $60,000.00 loan at 1st for a remodel. He told me that I need to send in $492.00 for the insurance of the loan, then the funding would be disbursed. I sent him the $492.00, I told him that I want to change it to $100,000 then he said I needed to send in 1400.00 for cost close and the money would be disbursed, so I sent the 1400.00. I told him that I mine as well do $200,000.00 and sent in another$1400.00 to do a start up Business. I still needed an additional $50,000.00, so I asked him how much would I need for the $50,000.00 he said $700 and I sent him $850. He said I need to send him another $2,100, I ask for what? He said to ensure the loan, I said you told me that the $2850.00 was to closing and the security of the loan on the approval letter I was looking at the loan while he was talking. He said I need to send in the $2,100.00 in and he will send the $2850 back to me which doesn't make sense at all. Use the $2,100.00 from the closing cost and you don't have to send me anything back common sense. So told him to send all of my money back and cancel the whole process and I wanted all of my postage fees refunded which amount to $4,215.00 for everything. I told him that I would have my attorney to contact him. He said hHe said the calls are recorded, so you will hear him say that he will refund me everything and the postage, then he said he can't refund my money back. Resolution Sought I would like Sentra Financials to give me a full refund of $4215.00 and I want them to compensation you all for your services

I was told I was approved for loan amount of 30000. I paid escrow fee of $491.00, then was asked for closing fee of $2021.00, then transfer fee of $1500.00 dollars. Still no funds, please help. Resolution Sought Please if you can get any of the money back I would be grateful.
