I live in eastern Kentucky Floyd county. I had insurance on my 1025r and John Deere does not want to help me.it set under flood water for over 2 days . It's been 7? Weeks and I've talked to 40 plus people they dont know the terrible things we have went through. All I need is an answer because it's has flood insurance on it. But just don't want to help me. Wanted a picture of it and it was hundreds of yards from me where everything was under flood water . I guess he thinks it's like a lake but he don't understand the deviation of the terrible flooding what it does to kill peoples and lose everything they have . Resolution Sought Ask them what is the problem that they want help me 7?weeks and no help

I payed Dariyland insurance, so I can put my bike bake on the road, so I could get to work, well on my way to work a car pulled out in front of me and slammed on her brakes, so I went around her with out any warning she turn in front of me. I was out of it, was transported by ambulance to the hospital. Couple days later my wife called Dairyland and they said I was not covered yet, but they got my money before I got on the road. I had my insurance cards on my phone when I got my ticket to show the cop my insurance. Cuz Dairyland don't want to pay. Resolution Sought I want them to pay or for them to give me my money back.
