I am writing to formally file a complaint against Sephora regarding a serious issue with a recent order I placed through their platform (Order Number: 719420026205), which was placed on April 7, 2025 at 2:53 AM. Issue Summary: I placed an order with Sephora that included a significant number of high-value beauty and skincare items. However, upon receiving my shipment, I discovered that an entire box containing multiple products was missing.
