I went to exchange a foundation I bought here on June 8th. I've used it twice and didn't like how shiny and tacky it was in my skin. I've been traveling and hadn't had the chance to make it out this far sooner to exchange the item. I was denied an exchange for missing the cut off date by 2 days with their new policy. The manager said no and blamed the system. I called customer service to see if there was anything they can do since I didn't want any money back, and was purchasing more items, they said the manager would be able to authorize any exchanges at their discretion. The manager didn't even try to be understanding and acted as if it was weeks later and the item was empty. It's 2 days. I felt him to be unreasonable coming from years of customer service experience. Am I stuck with a product I can't use that I only used once and out of the money? Resolution Sought I would just like to exchange the item for a better product.
