Bought a truck. Was told I would have brake controller installed. Now telling me I owe $100. Resolution Sought Install it for free like the contract says.

My wife and I are disability and we need a reliable vehical we had a bad experience with shook auto in new phila ohio, so we go to surpintini Chevrolet thinking that they are a well know and honest company, so we go up there 30 miles away and we get told that this 2017 Volkswagen with just under 17,000 miles on it and was told it's a reliable car, so we bought it, then the problems started after 2 weeks from buying this vehicle, first was the intake sensor got that fixed and $200 for my deductible, took it home then the water pump started leaking and again we take to shop and another $200 deductible, took it home and guess what? Yep water pump leaking still, so we take it back up they put a water pump on it and I was told the last time I was there I won't have to pay for deductible, cool, and the service lady gets mad at me for something she told me, I was not being charged for the deductible, then she says whatever I'll figure it out and gave me my keys and receipt, ok took it home and about a week later the 2017 Volkswagen tiguan will not power up, no accessories or nothing but I can turn radio on, so I call surpintini Chevrolet and they won't come and get it so I had to pay for a tow 30 miles on a tow truck is not cheap at all, this is the 3rd week since we took vehicle up there and they will NOT gives us a loaner car and we have to wait till Monday to find out if they can even fix it or send it to a Volkswagen dealership, they've had our vehical 4 times since we bought i! Resolution Sought Take the vehical back cause they sold us a lemon and for $43,000 why am I not driving a new vehicle, or they can set us up with a different vehicle that is new and not used and nothing but problems
