Due to snowstorm on Jan 17 my car was stuck in my car got pulled out by a tow company. My insurance sent after being pulled out car started cutting off while driving. Insurance told me to get car towed to serpentini on Jan 24 car towed on Jan 7 serpentine called said couldn't find nothing wrong mechanic drove car nothing wrong probably was the impacted snow I paid 495.00 towards 500 deductible. 5 minutes after I got car it started cutting off. I took car back soon as I got back they had a man place something inside car to check. I said I thought yall checked everything he did tell me the traction wasn't showing right signal. Now serpentini said nothing else they can do have to send car to Toyota dealer in which insurance approved it but serpentini should have done Resolution Sought Refund of 495.00 and the public know they treat customers terrible

Had gotten to a minor fender bender in April of 2021 went to 4 different places to have my car looked at chose to take it to a certified Chevy dealership figuring that the body shop would do a excellent job because there a certified Chevy dealer by the name of serpentine in tallmadge Ohio Had body work done supposedly replace the bumper the body work is not right there's scratches in the paint there's dirt in the paint there's gouges in the rear bumper on both sides on the passenger side between the top of the bumper and the rear quarter panel the paint it wavy and bubblely I have taken my car back 4 times they supposedly wet sanded and buffed the 4th Time the car was there , they burnt the paint on the rear driver side door the paint is very pebbly not smooth at all where they painted also had rust work done it's not it's not fixed correctly it hasn't even been a three solid month it's showing again it should not be they're scratches on the passenger side door there's paint lines and the paint has came off is missing inside the door jamb on both rear driver and passages doors driver side tail lamp is not straight I am very unsatisfied with the work I have caught them and lies I even sat down with the manager Nate gull of the store and talk to him about the whole situation I just want my money back so I can have it done right paint is peeling off in places I wish I could give this place 0 stars I do not want to take my car back there Resolution Sought I would like all of my money back a total of $3,407.75

We have made multiple attempts to accommodate Alexis on her repairs and we have come to the realization that nothing will make her happy. The vehicle is 14 years old and has over 120,000 miles on it. We have already gone above and beyond in the eyes of the insurance company that paid this claim. The customer has come to the shop before the completion date and demanded we release the vehicle even though we were not finished. We have brought the vehicle back in for more work on 5 occasions. The last time the vehicle was here I handled everything personally. I walked around the vehicle with the customer and notated her concerns. I also was the one that handled the pickup of the vehicle and the customer told me multiple times everything looks much better and she was happy. We have gone above and beyond to try to make Alexis happy. Our position as a company is that we will no longer be working with Alexis on any vehicles. It has been constant harassment to many of my staff and we will not tolerate that. There will be no refunds issued. All of the repairs have been completed. All of the parts that were paid for are on the vehicle.

I reject you everything he has said there's been numerous lies I have not harassed anybody I am trying to get to the owner to let him know what his employees are doing and the way they treat their customers my vehicle is an absolute disgrace of a mess I was not happy I never said I was happy when you take a vehicle to a shop five times that ought to tell you that something is wrong they're not doing their job correctly they keep throwing in my face but that it is a 2008 it doesn't matter how old it is they have destroyed my vehicle

We are done replying to this customers issues. They have posted negative reviews all over the internet. There is nothing that will make this customer happy. We have instructed the customer to cease all communications with our dealerships and will no longer conduct business with the customer.
