I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from Serra Kia Gardendale June 2023. I started having issues with the vehicle the week after I got it. The oil light came on. They had me bring the car up there. I had to pay for the testing they done on the vehicle. They then told me I would have to take it to a Hyundai dealership bc they do not service the vehicle to have further testing done that I would have to pay for. I took it and had an oil consumption test done on it and then needed to do further testing but I do not have the money for that. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. I trusted them and bought this car and the problems are just getting worse and I'm having to pay for so eating that I have to put 3 quarts of oil in weekly just to make it to work and back. Resolution Sought For the company to either put me in a new car that does not have the problems this had or pay to put a new motor which is what it needs as well as a transmission.

I really need someone in charge that cares about the customers to call me. I received poor customer service and what I brought my car in for was not addressed. No one wrote down what I said so the job was incompletely done. Resolution Sought I would like compensation for my inconvenience; ie a rental due to car still running hot.
