I went to purchase a vehicle on 11.14.2022. I put 2000.00 down ,1000.00 off my debit card and a post dated check for 1000.00. The vehicle was supposed to be ready the next day. I never drove the vehicle so that means I never took it off the premises. I canceled the check and I called at least 20 times and I have also gone up there several times to get my money. At first they said I could not cancel a contract (Justin). Then they (Chris Z. and Mike M) said they were going to mail it me. I waited and checked the mail for a month still no check. So I called to asked to speak to John Mcdonald the owner and he was not available so I left a detailed message for him and call me back. The next day Mike called and asked for my debit card number so they could put the money back on my card. Still nothing and now it's January. I call Mike last week and asked about the refund and he said this was getting to be annoying and that he would call me back and never did. I am getting an Attorney and calling the Attorney Generals office to file a lawsuit for negligence, mis representation, and pain and suffering. This happened in the middle of the holidays. Resolution Sought Refund with interest. 5000.00 plus

Service department of service Toyota charge me 19 00 or 5 fuel tank they have been approved for a LKQ take but he jumped the gun and decide to put a brand new eom a new tank in the in the car without their approved this is supposed to be all covered under insurance but now he is holding my car for a month and a half as a hostage so he can get me to pay the difference this is unfair business practice at the highest regard also he try to fraud the insurance company by submitting a pulse photo of a tank that doesn't look very well my insurance company said this will not work cuz all LKQ Parts have to be certified and guarantee for the life of the tank Resolution Sought Replace the tank with the LKQ tank and carry on with me this insurance cost of 900 and $60 and we need it done within a couple of days but I know it won't be
