Service Experts Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing complaints

They advertised a special on TV and flyers for 39.00 to inspect your air conditioner or heating. I made a appointment for them to come out and check my central air unit. The day of the appointment they never came out or called to cancel. I called a couple of days later they apologized and said they had the wrong address but they still had my right phone number. I made another appointment for them to come out. The man came and wrote everything up on the inspection sheet that he thought was wrong. After he was finish I paid him with cash which was 39.00 plus gave him a 6.00 tip so I gave him 45.00. He act like he was having a problem giving me a receipt so he didn't give me one. I just have the paperwork with the business I formation and his name on it. A month later they are sending me a bill for 39.00. I called them and told them I have the paperwork but I paid with cash and the lady apologized and said she will take care of it. Two weeks later I get another bill saying I still owe 39.00 so I called them again and she told me the same thing as before, that she will take care of it. Two weeks later I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owe Service Experts 39.00. Two offold messing my credit up I send them a certified check from the bank for 39.00 so I actually paid them 78.00. I feel like I was taken advantage of or scammed. I would like my money reimbursed. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this business. Resolution Sought Refund me my money 39.00 back
