A former employee let someone else open the loan account in my name. Said employee was told by myself 2 days prior that I did not want to open the loan back up. She sent the renewal contract to my email anyway and my ex wife filed for the renewal anyway. I was not made aware of anything until the current manager now called me at work to verify my account number. I told her that I was not happy about anyone going thru with this process and that not only did it put a hit on my credit but it created another bill that I cannot afford. She laughed it off and said to take that up with my wife. So, now I'm left with a bill I cannot afford and this company calling my phone and others looking for me every day. Resolution Sought Cancel the account that they let someone else falsely open up in my name. I'm not paying on this anymore. I didn't open this account and I'm not paying for it anymore.
