Service Master Century complaints

On 9/9/22 I signed an agreement contract for estimated work of $34, 709.36 with Service Master Century. I have paid $22, 572.09 as of 12/21/22. The work stopped and several delays amounting to a least 10 weeks of no work being done. I have paid a contractor $22,561.09. Tile floors and  granite countertops, etc.  have not been installed. The last payment of $10,412.81 was on 12/21/22. No work has been done and many many delays prior. Estimator/sales person has been very uncooperative in meeting with me to explain or discuss revisions and added  pricing. Several calls, texts and emails have been made to no avail.  Another $10,412.81 is being requested but no work has been done and no work will be done unless I sign a second contract. The original contract was $34,709.36 and the second contract has increased to $41,555.56.  Some increased amount is justified but total increase is not justified. I believe that I am being extorted and I  fear if more money is paid there will be no guarantee that work will continue. Resolution Sought I would like to have the work resumed in my kitchen and computer area completed as soon as possible. The third draw should not be paid until granite countertops and tile are done. A check in the amount of $10,412.81 was paid on 12/21/22 and a third draw ($10,412.81) was requested in less than ten days without any work being done. The initial payment was $12,148.28. Specifications and details of work were not included or indicated for each draw. Paying again does not guarantee work.
