Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I was overcharged on 2 parts to repair my air conditioner. I've contacted other HVAC companies who say the parts are $40 and $50 respectively. I was charged $304 dollars for each part. Have contacted this company and no calls returned. If they did nothing wrong why won't they contact me. I'd like to know how they can overcharge so much on this service. Resolution Sought If they could be honest and refund the outrageous amount I'd be grateful. Just be honest as to why they did this. I'm a retired senior citizen on a budget. Why would I pay $683 for this service when I could have called another provider for approximately $400 less.
