id not make scheduled appointment, even after confirming morning of

Appliance repair set up through Square Trade Insurance. Dealt with Scott from Service On Site Appliance. Did not make scheduled appointment, even after confirming morning of. Scott from Service On Site Appliance was incredibly rude, obnoxious, border line racist. DO NOT RECOMMEND
