Service quick sent a tech to repair a Samsung washer but when I used the washer it caused a flood in my house and a sizable amount of damage and expenses has occurred. I called samsung and they assured me my appointment is for Friday 1/24/2025 but the nasty company service quick seems to refuse to keep appointment and address the damages that their poor technician caused and they have been giving me the run around since Saturday 1/18/2025. Their number is 877-412-1665 Resolution Sought I want the washer repaired or replaced on the scheduled day 1/24 and i want the damages taken care of

On 5/17/23 the technician dispatched to complete my television repair broke the cord to my surround sound. The technician stated that the company would only replace the cord. That is totally unacceptable because it's the technician who broke the cord. To add insult to injury, I sent a video to Service Quick of the technician explaining the damage to the cord but the company has refused to compensate me for the damage. Resolution Sought I would like service quick to compensate me for the damage and repair of my surround sound cord.

Company states: Please be advised that we have attempted to reach out to Ms. Hill to follow up on the release of liability in order to proceed with the compensation. 2 request have been sent out to Ms. Hill for an update. If no response is made, we will be forced to close out the claim
