Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I had a fire I went to ServiceMaster to get my house restored. They redesigned my kitchen without informing me they were going to. I never asked them to redesign my cabinets I expected to get what I already had in the kitchen room for my dishwasher and refrigerator and open space on one side cabinets on the other no islands. They also sent this black guy from their contents division to mock my physical disabilities when they didn't want unpack my things in my time frame. They had left my house inaccessible to someone with a handicap insurance said they would pay. They don t want to do the job fine, don't send that black a****** into my home. I want the cabinets where I had them to begin with. Ken their project manager saw my kitchen the way it was originally so there was no need for a redesign. I never expected to be redesigned and at no time did I ever ask for a redesign. Movers damaged new blinds. Resolution Sought Replace my cabinets with what I had in in there originally make room dishwasher and fridge and original cabinet space. 4 upper cabinets on one side. Replace damaged blinds.
