Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

After the men dried out my bedroom and left, I discovered that the remote for my motion bed was nowhere to be found. I notified service master. The person in charge told me it was left on the bed. Yes ,two were found on the bed. One was the Roku remote. The other one SERTA from one side. The other SERTA remote was not. It was probably thrown out with the debris from the water damage. To replace the remote cost me $131.00 . I feel ServiceMaster should reimburse me. They charged Ins. Co $3000. After all ,to pay me,it's in the cost of doing business. Resolution Sought To reimburse me $131.00.They and I are lucky I was able to order a new one. Otherwise my bed would not be usable to me. A new motion bed would cost them $2500.00.The person I spoke with Ashley insisted It is my problem,not theirs.
