terrible company

They knocked n my door because they said they heard I have water damage. I showed them a wall leaking water and the rest of the place. They said it takes 3 to 6 days to get test results back. He said gloves are needed, masks are needed and ended up touching all with no mask nor gloves. Left 2 days later said results are negative and they don't know what is in the wall. We paid for the tests as we were told $49 then they said they will not release the results unless we pay an undisclosed fee that they charged to move the dishwasher, but when they asked if they can move it they did not say it will cost $68. When I asked why they would say no results unless an undisclosed fee is paid she Manuela said we didnt charge to come check which she also told me was free.
She then sent a report with no mention of the wall where she saw water leak from, and told me no it was dry when they checked, due to the unprofessional way of theirs that was happening here. I lost faith and got another company who in a moment confirmed the wall was dry and the dust in the wall which they said we needed to pay more money to find out what it was ended up being dust and fiber from the dryer. Didn't need to be tested at all. This company are scammers looking just to charge for nothing.
