On April 9 2025 I purchase home warranty insurance.on may 29 2025 do to the extreme heat of the city i live in.i turn on my ac and I noticed it was not cooling. So I call them and put a claim which they didn't contact me until 2 weeks later.they sent a tech that was very rude and advice me that he did maintenance to unit and it was good to go , so I noticed the unit was worse than it was before so I contact the tech again and I was advised to contact the home Warranty again so I reach out to schedule another appointment a week later and now I was advised that the part the ac unit need it not covered due to not being 30 days after the contract was signed... I am in need of this issue being resolved it very hot plus I have pets inside my home and can not afford to pay for a part supposedly it's not covering me I feel the tech that has came over and worked on my a unit is not wanting to take care of the problem since day one he was very rude to me I feel discrimination I am a single woman and feel disrespected. Resolution Sought I need this matter to be resolved as soon as possible, once again because of the extreme heat I live at and be able to be at home with out me being concerned of mine and my pets health

I purchased a home warranty to cover a three year term. I put in a claim for a covered item, my boiler. Immediately I was told before it was even looked at that it wouldn't be covered. I guess the agents must be certified plumbers who can diagnose things over the phone? I was then told specifically that if it was leaking from THE BOTTOM it was not covered. After having to call my own plumber two days after reporting problem with no response from service plus and no tech assigned I find out it's not leaking from the bottom. My plumber said my system is 22 years old and it was normal for these to fail after about 20 yrs. Then of course it became ANY LEAK is not covered. I have had no hot water for weeks and can't afford to repair myself. I requested to cancel policy and get a refund since I was not getting what I was sold and was refused. They said I wasn't allowed to cancel?? I was told by one rep I could cancel and by another I couldn't. Typical of my dealings with this company I get a lot of double talk and no real help. I have had other home warranty's and never have I gotten such a run around before they even know what's wrong. Clearly they have no intention of honoring claims. Resolution Sought I want a complete refund of my three year plan which totals almost $1000 dollars or the repair to what is clearly stated to be a covered item in the amount of $3750.00
