I was shopping online for a new furnace and AC when I came upon ServiceToday.com. On the webpage there are coupons "BOGO" buy new AC and get a new furnace for free. I called the number to have a technician come out. The representative who helped me make the appointment verified that the offer was real and valid. I made an appointment and a technician came out and told me that the coupon listed on the website is not really a BOGO but a way to get consumers interested and proceeded to quote me over 12,000 total for both systems. Then, after a credit decline, I was told that I could pay 5,600 alone for the furnace. I believed that companies should have to stand by the offers that they present to consumers. Resolution Sought I would like the company Service Today to honor the BOGO coupon listed on their website. I will pay for a new AC unit including installation and in return, as per their coupon, I have a new furnace installed for free.

I explained the promotion to the customer and offered him an air conditioner with a FREE furnace for a little over $8600. He was happy with this and promised to contact you and let you know that we have satisfied his complaint. He was going to speak with his wife and let me know if they wanted to move forward.
