Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have a mortgage with this company and we have been trying to reach them to make payments over the phone to get our mortgage updated. No one is picking up and their operating hours state 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. We are in disarray at how this company has so much disregard for their customers. They are changing late fees and we simply need their help to get the payments processed. Resolution Sought I would like this company to reach out to us in reference to our mortgage so that we can get this matter straight. I would also like for them to post their correct operating hours and reply to our emails.
