I am complaining about this company because the way they handled the situation on doing a pack in on my items. I was a victim of a fire which happened April the 20th. I was locked out of my apartment due to all this. When this company called Servpro packed all my stuff. They did a mess of things, I was very unhappy they did not do this professionally. When I return back to my apartment which was August the 6th, me and my granddaughter happened to find a box in the middle of the kitchen that stunk so bad. When we opened it there was a bowl of onion and garlic that I had up on top of the counter. They happen to put this in the box mixed in with medication that were in boxes food items that were in boxes stuff that I had in the hallway and in my bedroom all mixed in there. I was not able to take pictures of this because it stunk so bad that I wanted to get rid of the smell inside my apartment. When they did the packing it happened to be on a Friday I don't know what day that was but I moved in on the 6th of August so is within that week. They were to do a packing and bring all my belongings back to my apartment. Before they brought all the stuff back in my bedroom up in my closet I had it all organized. They happen to dump clothes up on top of there and other items that I did not have there. They took some of my clothes out and hung it on a rack that I have on the door with my clothes hanging half off the hanger and I'm missing items. I found broken stuff. I am so upset. Resolution Sought I want people to know about this company how bad and how professional they are. They did a lot of damage and made a mess of my apartment. And all my items. I am missing things that they said that they brought back which is not true. I have pictures to prove my case.
