Servpro is billing me for services not rendered. I have insurance that they should have filed a claim with. I received a letter today where they have put a lien on my property. They put equipment in my home for 4 weeks and never bothered to come back out and check on it. It's obvious that someone dropped the ball with this company and they are trying to charge for services that were never provided for me at my home. I have explained this situation and they are still trying to get something for no service provided... Resolution Sought My hope is that they can resolve this with my insurance company or accept the fact that they dropped the ball by not doing their job. This is a large company trying to bully me for me they are not owe
