Customer Complaint

In July 4th my house was flooded. I notified CSAA Insurance. They sent ServPro to medigate the water damage. So they did a pack out of all our things and put it in their storage facilities. After renovation was done. They began bringing our belongings back. Well we discovered that several items were un accounted for. Like 2 TV stands, a large computer desk, two bookcases, and our box spring and mattress is miss. Well we have no place to sleep and it is weekend. But we Called them Friday about the situation. No one wants to own up to this. We are being brushed off by ServPro. I would not recommend anyone to use them. Resolution Sought I want them to return my missing items or reimburse me the cost of having these items replaced.
