We had done several repair jobs for Servpro of Richmond Kentucky we always do quality work and never have had a any trouble in the past until we did a lake House in London Kentucky that servpro former contractors had really messed up project cost was around $10,000 they paid half cost upfront but when we finished job they said they where still waiting on payment from insurance company that they would let us know when we could pick up check and that was a couple years ago we have given them many opportunity to make it right but they aren't even trying so I'm out my money since i paid my men and we completed job Resolution Sought I would like an apology for all the time I have wasted and I need the money they owe me Since I have already paid my guys to complete the project and for all materials to do so they should not be allowed to do this to people and get away with it the customer loved our work and the finished outcome of me and my mens work
