I hired Servpro in April 21. I caught them, and have pictures to prove everything. They sent a independent contractor to my home to do the work, and his wife. I caught them leaving molded installation in the wall they tore down, they did not replace part of the ceiling in one of the rooms. Left the old installation in my bathroom ceiling, and now the ceiling is turning yellow. They were supposed to replace the crown molding, and did not. The contractor grabbed my arm for no apparent reason, I filled a police report on him. They were supposed to have gotten a dumpster to throw everything they tore down into, and did not get one. The manager tried to come and pick it up in her pick up truck about two months later due to me complaining about the trash in my yard. The ceiling had strated having lines run through it. The inside of my closest wasn't done, My kitchen ceiling wasn't painted only kiltzed, now it's turning yellow. My bathroom has line's running down the wall, where they didn't fix it. The closet in the backroom still has a big hole, and was never fixed nor painted. Behind the hot water tank was never painted. The closet doors in my bedroom are all scratched up. The hole in my bathroom wall was not fixed. The ceiling in my bedroom has mold under the sheetrock . Instead of replacing the crown molding they painted it in the bedroom. They walked out, and left without replacing the crown molding , sheetrock cut to small for the light switch contractor no electrician lisense Resolution Sought I will have to pay for the work that Servpro did not do, so the money I received will have to go to the other contractor. I believe Servpro needs to cut their losses due to their negagence, because they started off at $ 16,999 until I showed them the pictures, and went down to $9,999. The only thing they did was hang sheetrock rock and painted one room. That is not$ 9,999 worth of work. The most they did is maybe about$1,500 worth of work, and left me with a mess to have to be fixed.
