Between September & October 2022 Servpro of St. Marys and Calvert Maryland, came out to remove water from a leaky water heater in my kitchen closet. They brought their fans to dry the floors, they ripped up the floors, didn't cover anything. Left hundreds of nails in the floor, I could not walk on, and they did not treat the areas that had mold. Because the insurance company was paying for this, they jack the price. I asked if they could clean my furniture from the dust the fans made, I was told no. I asked if they could give me a discount they said no. I have a new $1800 couch, there was dust in my kitchen cabinets, walls, all furniture in the living room, inside my toaster, bathroom and such, because they covered nothing. They did a poor job. Had I read their reviews first I would have NEVER used that company. Before the restoration team could do their work, they had to clean up, remove the nails and such Servpro left behind. On July 22, 2023, I received a letter in the mail from Recovery SolutionsGroup LLC . 1008 Mattlind Way Milford, DE 19963 302-468-1584 jquinn@rscollect.com dated July 19, 2023 Ref # 1706108 telling me they are trying to collect a debt. I have pictures of the work they did and emails communicating with Servpro. When I emailed about a discount or cleaning, they didn't want a paper trail so they would call. What they are asking me to pay is not worth the brief partial work they did. From reading the reviews, it appears ripping people off. Resolution Sought Admit they overcharged for the poor service they provided and charge the correct price for the little work they did and the mess they made with the dust, and leaving hundreds of nails in the floor which and be verified by the company that did restored my floors
