I am writing this complaint about the service (lack of) that I received on April 19 and 20, 2022. In March I hired ServePro clean/recover my home at Keystone Ct. Newburgh, In 47630. We had moved out and was finishing construction/painting home so it could be put up on the market on April 22. 2022. In February 2022 Mike Parsons came by the home to give an estimate. He sent me that estimate and said it could be done as soon as the construction/painting was done and we were ready for deep cleaning. Just needed to book 2 weeks ahead of time. On April 4, 2022 I booked the service for April 19 and was told it would take 2 days. So my realtor could put home on market on April 22, 2022. The service was suppose to clean cabinets, floors(including slate flooring, carpet flooring, and tile flooring), walls( which was just painted), ceiling, tiles, appliances, wet bar, closets, windows and vents. On April 19, 2022 two girls showed up at 8 AM. They had some equipment but said they had to wait for cleaning chemicals to start. Also, I notice the only cleaning machine they had for the 2 days was a carpet machine. No buffer machines for tile or slate. They got upset when I asked about it. . April 20, 2020 only one girl showed up 3 hrs late. She stated she slept in. I pointed out the scuff marks, dirt, and paint still on floors to the manager. Cabinets and walls were left dirty. They said they were going to make it right. Girls left earlier and didnt come back. Job not done Resolution Sought I am willing to pay for the only thing cleaned was the ceilings. But they will not communicate with me except to pay the bill in full. I have forward complaint letter, photos, invoices from other service I hired to do the job that they did not do as well as my Relators avidated of the condition of home. No response.
