This dinner was terrible with Elmo and friend. My mother ended up terribly sick, the place is run by teenagers without customer service. You couldn't ask for help because you got dirty looks. Food was gone and that was it - it was gone. No wait staff. How is this $45 a person?! I want a refund, I have called and been on hold for hours - no one will let me talk to a manager and no one at the actual sesame place is responsive. Resolution Sought Refund

It was explained to the Guest that we were unable to complete a refund for their experience due to a chargeback being completed on their account. Since the Guest disputed the charges with their bank, we were not able to complete the refund as requested. If they charge goes through and they do not continue to dispute, we would be able to issue the refund.

The bank denied the refund so you can go ahead and process. They would prefer me to work it out with the merchant. Thank you.
