I'm buying a 2009 Chevy Impala from Seth Wadely. From the first day I got this car it's made a loud humming noise coming from the front it's so bad now that my dash is rising up on one side. I've taken my car and dropped it off 3 times they even charged me 150$ to change my radiator cap which is 13$ part. 3 times they've kept my car for days and when I pick it up it's not fixed. The last time was about a month ago and the administrator of that Seth Wadely told me to my face that the noise it's making is perfectly normal. It's not though it's so loud I can't hear my radio hardly. This is unacceptable and ridiculous I don't know what else to do please help me. The guys are drunk all day at this location they all do drugs I just want my car to run right. There charging me 15,000$ for said car Resolution Sought I want them to fix my cat to run the way it's supposed to. The way they promised me is would but hasn't. I feel like they should give me the car. If not pay me what I've put in it and take it back

Company states; We catergorically deny all of Ms, Hedrick's claim that we "haven't fixed my car" in the way "we promised" or iwas "supposed to". First Ms, Hedrick purchased a 13 year old vehicle and has expectations that are not commensurate wiht a vehicle of that age. Second, as the attached (upon request) Repair Orders demonstrate, we have repaired every specific issue Ms, Hedrick has brought to our attention. Best regards, Co-Owner and General Manager
